1991 I trained at the National College of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and studied a wide range of philosophies:

YOGA

In 1988 I trained and qualified in Yoga and received: The Comprehensive Yoga Fellowship Teacher Training Diploma.

HEALTH STUDIES

1994 I gained the Certificate of Education in Health Studies at John Moores University Liverpool.

REIKI

1999 I received initiation into Reiki 1 & 2 Degree, in the Usui system of Natural Healing.

REIKI AND SEICHIM

1999 I received initiation into Reiki and Seichim Mastery with Bruce Way Reiki & Seichim Master.

 SCIENCE OF MIND PRACTITIONER

1998 –2008  I gained the Science of Mind 100 and 200 series and Practicum at Emerson Theological Institute California. In 2008 I attained my Science of Mind Practitioners Lifetime License and Certificate.
